    Spring Only 2026

    December 8, 2025 Update: For questions on submitting a Spring Only Housing Contract, please email kyle.patterson@unf.edu.

    Spring Only 2026 Housing Contracts open September 15 in the myHousing portal. Housing and Residence Life has a desire to house any student who wishes to live on campus but will be prioritizing the placement of first-year students before finalizing placements of upper-class students. When bed space demand is higher than bed space availability, the University may utilize a Standby List process to assign bed space that may open up through contract cancellations.

    Current residents with a Fall 2025–Spring 2026 Housing Contract do not need to submit a Spring Only 2026 Housing Contract.

    Quick Facts:

    • Already have a Fall 2025–Spring 2026 contract? You’re all set — no need to submit a Spring Only 2026 Housing Contract.
    • Open to admitted 成人大片students who plan to register for Spring 2026 classes and want to live on campus.
    • Submit your Housing contract through the myHousing portal with a $100 non-refundable fee.
    • Contracts are accepted until December 1 or until all beds are filled.
    • Room type and building preferences are not guaranteed.
    • Check your 成人大片email regularly for updates and assignments.

    The Summer 2026 Housing Contract is now open in .

    • Must be enrolled in 3+ credit hours for Summer A/C or B
    • Submit by May 1, 2026


    Assignments:

    • Rising Sophomores & Above: Osprey Fountains
    • First-Year Students: Osprey Crossings & Osprey Ridge


    Note:

    • Summer A Housing is from May 8, 2026 - June 18, 2026 at 3 p.m.
    • Summer B Housing is from June 18, 2026 - July 31, 2026 at 3 p.m.
    • Full Summer (A and B) is from May 8, 2026 - July 31, 2026 at 3 p.m. 


    Important:     The Summer Housing Contract is separate from Fall–Spring. Submit both Housing Contracts if you plan to live on campus for Fall 2026–Spring 2027 too!

Fall 2026 - Spring 2027 Housing Information

Housing contracts are released by student status:

  • Current Residents: Housing contract opens 11/3/25
  • Incoming First-Year Students: Housing contract opens 11/17/25
  • All Other Students: Housing contract opens 12/1/25

To live on campus:

  1. Submit your housing contract in myHousing (first-year students pay a one-time $100 fee).
  2. Interested in a Living-Learning or Theme Community? Apply right after submitting!
  3. Don’t miss your room selection window! Submitting your Housing contract early means more options!
