    Overview

    The Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics: Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) is a rigorous science-based program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND), the accrediting body of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. This program is designed for students to pursue the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential and earn a Verification Statement required to complete a dietetic internship. All upper-level coursework can be completed entirely online.

    Overview

    The ³ÉÈË´óÆ¬’s Nutrition and Dietetics B.S. – Community Nutrition and Food Concentration prepares students for careers in nutrition education, food sustainability, wellness, and the food industry. Rooted in evidence-based learning and real-world experience, the program also qualifies graduates to take the Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) exam, a valuable credential in food service. This concentration is a smart pathway for students planning to pursue OT, PT, PA, or other health-related graduate programs.

    Beginning Fall 2025, ³ÉÈË´óƬis suspending the use of the State Employee Waiver for non-state funded programs, which include the Nutrition and Dietetics: Dietetic Professional Studies, MS, and the Nursing: Post-MSN DNP. Students enrolled prior to Fall 2025 may continue to use the state employee waiver provided they remain continuously enrolled until degree completion. Integrated Graduate Nutrition Program (M.S.)

    Overview

    The Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics: Integrated Graduate Nutrition is a cohort program designed for students who have a nutrition/dietetics or a non-nutrition related undergraduate degree and can be completed in twenty months. Students will participate in online didactic coursework with 1,000 hours of onsite supervised experiential learning in a competency-based curriculum that can be completed in the student’s city of residence. The curriculum prepares students to take the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credentialing examination to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
