All military connected Ospreys are invited and encouraged to attend MVRC events throughout the semester. They are always free, fun or educational, and often include lunch! Onboarding (MVRC Orientation to VA Educational Benefits): Aug. 18th
The 成人大片Military and Veterans Resource Center (MVRC) would like to invite all new military-connected Ospreys to our Onboarding event, which is an orientation specifically designed for incoming active duty military, veterans, reservists, military spouses and military children.The event will share important information about VA education benefits, out-of-state tuition waivers, scholarships, exclusive resources and more. You will also have the opportunity to meet the MVRC staff members, hear from Student Financial Services and Student Accessibility Services, and earn free swag just for attending!

Treats 4 Trivia: Aug. 21st
Happy first week of classes, Ospreys! The Military and Veterans Resource Center will be handing out treats (Hippo Pops) in exchange for answering a military-and-UNF-themed trivia question! This event is open to all 成人大片students - you do NOT need to be military-connected to participate. We will be outside Building 2, Founders Hall, on the Engineering side,10:00am-12:00pm. Hurry by before or between classes - supplies won't last long!

Community First will be providing vital information on Financial Literacy that benefit our military, veteran and dependent student population. Students will also be able to ask questions and get assistance.

Veteran's Day Tribute: Nov. 7th
This annual event honors and recognizes military connected students, staff, faculty, alumni and community members who have served or are still serving in the military. Join us for the ceremony beginning at 10:30am - 1:00pm. in Veterans Plaza. The ceremony will include a performance by the 成人大片Brass Quintet and 成人大片ROTC will provide the Color Guard. We can't wait to see you there!
Celebrate the 250th U.S. Marine Corps Birthday! Nov. 10th
Join the MVRC as we honor 250 years of honor, courage, and commitment from the United States Marine Corps!

MVRC Graduate Recognition Breakfast: Dec. 11th
We will be celebrating our Military-Connected Ospreys who are graduating this fall semester at our Graduation Recognition Ceremony on December 11th from 9am-12:00pm in the Adam Herbert University Center. The MVRC will present our graduating Active Duty Military, Veterans, Reservists, National Guard and ROTC students with an Americana Graduate Cord and Service Branch Pin to wear during their graduation ceremony. There will also be student pins and ribbons for military spouses, sons, and daughters. Families are invited to this event and lunch will be served after a brief ceremony.Fall Events Calendar Graphic
