Application Details
We invite you to complete a to express interest in future selection years.
USoar program divides students into cohorts (e.g. class of) which will complete university and program coursework, experiential learning, and related activities together across the 3 years. The cohort model supports engagement and builds a sense of family amongst its participants. Each cohort will complete all graduation and exit events together. Students may reach individual benchmarks on their own schedule based on the level of background knowledge they possess.
USoar accepts full student applications during the fall and spring prior to the fall the student seeks to apply to the university. Selections take place in two rounds: Early Selection and General Selection. Students who are interested in housing are encouraged to apply early to USoar to ensure subsequent steps are completed prior to associated deadlines.
USoar selects students for the fall semester and does not select new students into the program during spring or summer. Students who miss the application deadline may be subject to late selection, but this is not guaranteed by USoar and may result in the student/family taking full responsibility for program/university charges that are accrued prior to the FCSUA scholarship approval and processing period.
USoar reserves the right to fill all available student spots during the Early Selection Window if an appropriate match is made with an applicant.
