Transfer Credit Evaluation
A transfer credit evaluation will determine whether your courses are transferrable and can be accepted by UNF. An evaluation will only be completed by the Office of Admissions after the application, application fee and all required admissions materials are submitted. After an evaluation is completed, you can view which credits are transferable to UNF:- Log into your
- Select Banner Student Self-Service and then Student Records
- Choose Transfer Evaluation
It is important to meet with your Academic Advisor to discuss how transferred credits will apply toward your degree requirements. Be sure to also review the additional transfer credit information by selecting the different tabs.
Note about Specialized or Selective Admission Programs (for Mid and Upper-Level Transfers):
Some programs require students to have completed pre-requisite courses and meet additional admissions requirements. Admission to these programs is competitive. Which credits may transfer?
The 成人大片 typically accepts transfer credits based on the following criteria:
Approved Accreditor
College-level coursework must be completed at a U.S. institution of higher education that is recognized by an approved accreditor or its equivalent from a foreign institution. Courses must be similar in nature and content to courses in UNF's undergraduate curriculum.
Florida Public Institution Credit and the Statewide Course Numbering System
Students transferring from Florida State Colleges or Florida state universities will have coursework transferred based on Florida's Statewide Course Numbering system. Transferred credit will be equated to 成人大片credit if they have the same first three letters of the prefix and last three numbers of the course number. Additional information is available in the .
Accelerated Mechanisms
成人大片can accept credit from state-approved accelerated mechanisms (maximum: 45 credit hours), including:
- (DANTES - formerly United States Armed Forces Institute)
- American College Testing - Excelsior
- Military service school credit, as evaluated by the American Council on Education Guide to determine educational experiences in the armed services (maximum of 21 credit hours)

Which credits may not transfer?
- Prep courses or remedial courses below college level
- Vocational or occupational courses
- Examples of these courses include medical technology, computer technology, business technology, automotive technology and repair, paralegal and secretarial
- Orientation, freshman seminar or any other course that's unique to a specific institution
- Life or professional experience

Foreign College Transcripts
Transcript evaluations for foreign transcripts, including course-by-course evaluations, must be submitted to 成人大片by an independent accredited foreign transcript evaluator. A list of acceptable evaluators is available on the .

- If overall post-secondary GPA is 2.00 or greater and all four pre-requisites are complete
- Provisionally admit to the program with P decision code
- If overall post-secondary GPA is 3.00 – 3.49 and three pre-requisites are complete
- If overall post-secondary GPA is 3.50 or better and 2 or 3 pre-requisites are complete
- Admit to the program with A or X decision code
Electrical Engineering
- Complete all of the following prerequisites with a C or better

Music
To be considered for entrance into the 成人大片School of Music, you must apply separately to the University's admissions department and then also to the 成人大片School of Music via an audition process.
Graphic Design
- This program only admits to start in the Fall and Spring semesters
- Transfer students should apply to the University as a Painting/Drawing/Printmaking (PDP) major. If you are accepted into the program, your major will be changed to Graphic Design and Digital Media (GDDM)

- Successful participation in a panel interview conducted on campus by a committee of Social Work and Sociology faculty and community partners and an acceptable performance on a writing assessment administered on campus and reviewed by a committee of Social Work and Sociology faculty

American Sign Language (ASL)/English Interpreting
- This program only admits to start in the Fall semester
- 2.75 overall undergraduate GPA
- Must have an associate degree
- Must hold national certification as a sign language interpreter
- Prior to declaring a major in ASL/English Interpreting, students must successfully complete the Prerequisite and Core Requirements courses in the Course Catalog, pass the Limited Access Screening, maintain a 2.75 GPA, and have a 'B' or better in ASL I, ASL II, Introduction to Interpreting, and ENC 1101

- The General Knowledge (GK) Exam is not required for admission to teacher certification programs; however, it is highly encouraged to pass the GK exam prior to enrolling at UNF. You may submit your GK exam results during the admissions process. Note that the GK exam must be passed prior to graduating.
