Program Overview
The online Master of Science in Nursing Management and Leadership (MSN) degree is designed to provide a holistic model for future nurse managers and leaders. The program emphasizes self and staff development, value-based practice, interprofessional relationships and patient-centered care. It fosters a culture that supports advocacy, evidence-based practice and quality improvements.
The program is 35 credit hours. Applicants are required to already have a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Twenty students will be admitted each fall.

The BSN‐MSN track require a BSN for admission and will admit up to 20 students each fall.

Delivery Option

Palm Coast (Flagler, Volusia, and St. John's County) area residents have the opportunity to voluntarily participate in an in-person orientation, concierge advising and face-to-face educational experiences.
